Our Training

Understanding Exposure. Building Resilience.

Demanding work requires more than technical skills. It also calls for understanding how the experiences we encounter can affect us—on the job and beyond.

Beyond Training brings frontline experience and continuing study in psychology together to make trauma exposure and resilience education relevant to the people doing this work. Our goal is to encourage understanding, meaningful conversations, and greater attention to mental health throughout a career.

Beginning with Building Trauma Resilience in Law Enforcement, we’re developing training with a clear purpose: helping people become better prepared for the human side of the job.
